You will need to provide items from List A and B in order for the Credit Union to be able to process your application for membership.

List A: There should be at least 1 item from the list for proof of identity

• Full passport
• Driving Licence
• Notice of Tax Coding (current year)
• Social Security Giro/Order Book/Letter for any state benefit or pension
• Pension Book
• HM Forces ID Card
• National Insurance Card
• Birth Certificate
• Union ID Card/Photo ID Card from a known organization

List B: There should be at least 1 item from the list for proof of address

• Utility Bill, e.g. Gas, Electric, Water of Telephone Bills (not more than 3 months old)
• Mortgage Statement
• Council Tax Demand
• Mail Order Statement
• Wage Slip
• Inland Revenue document
• Local Authority/Housing Association Rent Book/card
• Life Insurance letters/statements
• Letter of referral from a partner organization

Junior I.D. [Not required for those saving at school]

• Birth certificate
• Medical card
• Child Benefit Book
• School Report
• Confirmation from another member that the child still resides at the address.
